| The Devine Residence
Alexis's family has two entire floors of this building on Park Avenue. The top floor is that of her parent's, but the bottom floor is all her's. She conned them into giving it to her. She hosts wild parties there - it even has it's own pool. Four bedrooms not including her own, a whole room with a dance floor, and it's own bar, this is a party pad ready made.

Owned by Talia Francessca Emmert. This property consists of six large bedrooms (Including En-Suites & Walk-In-Wardribes), five large bathrooms, one kitchen & four living rooms scattered on three floors of beach house. Entering the estate, you'll see a large round brick driveway with a fountain in the middle. This mansion also includes a three bedroom guest house & cabana. The protection here is pretty tight, so unless your wanted by Miss Talia Emmert - Well, lets just say, your going to be dragged out by secuirity guards.

| The Stiles Residence
The Stiles family live in their muli-million-dollar manstion. This huge 'palis' has a whopping 9 huge bed rooms all with en-suit bathrooms, 5 single bathrooms, 5 living rooms, 2 Kitchens, Maid and Butler quaters, an out door pool, indoor pool, a sauna, private gym, 2 entertinment rooms, 8 balcony's and more! leading up to the huge place is a long drivway with tigh securety at the front. The loby at the front of the house has a large fountain in the center and a double stairway opens up. There are rooms to the right, the left and straight ahead.

| The Slade Residence

| The Foster Residence
This Mediterranean Custom Style Mansion was made for Lauren, her father, and her brother. The yard was professionally landscaped, and the front lawn has 3 fountains on it. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms. A designer came and decorated the home in a Mediterranean style that is very exotic and comforting. When you enter through the foyer, straight ahead is the formal living room and to the right is the dining room. To the left of the living room is the gourmet kitchen and the lovely breakfast area. In the basement there is the excersize room, 2 bedroom suites with large screen TV's and a large family room with a pool table. In the backyard is a lush courtyard with a fountain and a greenhouse. There is a barbecue on the porch and a putt-putt green also. A swimming pool is next to the courtyard that belongs to the Foster's and a tennis court as well. There are stables further back that are on the Foster's property, but they aren't sure if they will use it as a barn. They may turn it into a guesthouse if need be.

| The Lange Residence
The Lange Townhouse is rather wide from the outside, compared to most townhouses in NYC. The four-storey townhouse is situated on Park Avenue, about two buildings away from the Waldorf Astoria. It was made in 1903 and faces directly onto the upper-east side of Central Park. It is made of black brick, but the windows, painted in white, give it a monochromatic feel. It contains eight bedrooms, three of which are her parents private ones, two are Dakota's and the remaining three are guest bedrooms. The top two floors are Dakota's private area, where she invites people over and holds parties. The second storey is her parent's are and the ground floor is divided into a dining area, lobby and lounge.

| The Davies Residence
A hole-in-the-wall apartment in Corona, right around the corner from Spaghetti park, it's home to Charlotte, her artist mother, and her brother, Ricky. They share six small rooms [three bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, and bathroom that Anne Davies uses as her personal art studio], each messier than the last, except for the impeccably clean kitchen that Charlotte makes sure to keep so for any visitors.

| The Partridge Residence
The Partridge family has lived in this brownstone on Kingston Avenue since Lauren was born. The brownstone is facing a lake which, right across it, shows the city. At night, it has a great view of the city lights. The brownstone has three floors. The top floor has Lauren's room and a guest room which is up for rent, a stairway leading to the roof and a living room and bathroom. Her parents live in the second floor and on the first floor, the kitchen, big living room, dining room, stairs, and two bathrooms. It is one of the biggest brownstones in the neighborhood.

| The de Winter Residence
Large, fancy && cold in the winter. The de Winter manor is filled with extravagant couches && large tapestries line the hallways. Each room is heated by a big fireplace with intricate designs sketched around it. More than twelve bedrooms && three bathrooms..the de Winter Manor is the ultimate place for a party.

| The Smith Residence
A lovely marble building on Park Avenue with a wonderful view. The Smith's own the entire penthouse of course and they even own some of the other floors to use as offices for work. This penthouse includes three luxury bathrooms, four master bedrooms, one dining hall, two kitchenette, and countless living rooms and game rooms.

| The Leopold Residence
The Leopold residence is one of the largest, most expensive and beautiful houses you will ever see. It is absolutley massive, well it kind of has to be having to house ten people and all. The weird thing is that with eight kids the house is always spotless. Jess has quite a large part of the house to himself, small compared to the size of the house but huge compared to the usual amount of room most upper-east siders get these days. His "area" is the ultimate bachelor's pad and he's very proud of it so he likes to show it off regularily and tease his friends about all the fun activities he has, including a pool table, air hockey table, indoor soccer pitch etc. Yes, the Leopold house is a fine one. But if you're just going to visit to admire it you better think again, The Leopold's only allow the people of their choice to visit, and they have a strong security system to prove it!

| The Newhouse Residence
Sam Newhouses' penthouse, located on Fifth Avenue, is packed with the top of the line in entertainment and party equipment. If you want to have a party, have it here .. and it helps that he doesnt live with his parents either. With two floors and 4 bedrooms, this pad has enough room to fit the finest people, and make them confortable. With his own bar and dance area on the bottom floor, it makes for a good time, anytime. Of course, dont think you'll be allowed in just because you know him. Sam makes sure he knows who's who with his security system. An indoor hottub/steam room, dance floor, bar and the best entertainment system there is, Sam's penthouse is the place to be. And dont forget his maid, who makes sure those parties are all cleaned up after everyone goes home.

| The Robinson Residence
The pent house of the Robinsons 5 star hotel, room 909. 3 bedrooms especially for the 3 Robinson's that live in it. Great views of the city, being on the top floor and all, room service at push of a button, all you could ever want really, well unless your afraid of heights. Set on the main street so close to the busy night life you can almost touch it. It's the perfect home from home for a teen boy and the ideal palace for a party or twp. Very spacy with 3 huge bedrooms, large 'party room' and bathroom.

| The Anderson Residence
A small apartment building in the Village, it is rented by Dylan's dad and mother, where he shares a room with Sammy&Zai, the two boys in the family. Sarah shares a bedroom with his parents, unfortunately for her, and only an open living room/kitchen area and a bathroom make up the rest of the house. For two people it is pretty small, for five, it is a tight fit.

| The Craig Residence
Tegan Craig is a successful doctor, and while he's somewhat miserly in some aspects, he went all-out on the Craig Suite. It isn't actually called that, but he's been renting the apartment for five years since he and GiGi's mom got divorced, so it might as well be. It's a large, spacious apartment with two bedrooms, each with its own bath, a nice-sized kitchen, and the largest room of all, the common room, where the television and leather couches are situated. It's big enough to be an awesome party place, if it weren't for the fact that GiGi's dad is almost always home.
